靶点人源化小鼠模型

免疫检查点抗体(Immuno-checkpoint antibodies)是抗肿瘤药物研发的一大热点领域,而评价免疫检查点抗体的药效和安全性需要理想的动物模型。一方面,免疫检查点疗法借助免疫系统起作用,故要求动物模型具备有完整的免疫系统。另一方面,不同物种的免疫检查点分子保守性不同,从而具有不同的抗体识别位点,所以基于拥有人类免疫检查点分子的动物模型的药效及安全性评价结果会具有更高的临床转化率。集萃药康拥有一系列自主产权的免疫检查点基因人源化小鼠模型,将小鼠免疫检查点分子的细胞外部分替换为人类序列,可全方位识别并评价针对人类免疫检查点的抗体;同时保留的鼠源跨膜及细胞内部分保证了完整准确的胞内信号传导。这些人源化小鼠是评价免疫检查点抗体药效及安全性的理想模型。
